The Inalpi milk’s suppliers are directly the farmers, all carefully selected from local farms, as a total guarantee of the traceability!
Other recent evidence
of the evolution, in the respect of the tradition, is given by the strong investment made for the construction of the
spray tower, the only plant for milk spraying in Italy, operative since autumn 2010, it offers to the industry (Ferrero, with 80% of purchases is the first Inalpi customer ) a
product with a high quality standard and guaranteed by the full traceability.
Over the past few year ,on several fronts, it has been shown the commitment of Inalpi in spreading its way of thinking : from the synergies with major industry partners, to the international
certifications on quality standards, hygiene and security, from the
sponsorship of sporting and cultural events, to the
participation in social projects and collaborations with schools and universities.
Next fall Inalpi , with other major corporate and institutional reality: Ferrero SpA , Ferrero feed SpA, Marcopolo Engineering SpA Ecological Systems, Piedmont Council for Agriculture, Hunting and Fishing, ASLCUNEO1, APA of Cuneo, Piedmont ARA, CRC Foundation, Fondation CRT, will promote a two-year Master's Degree in "Quality, Food Security and Sustainability of the Dairy industry of Piedmont"
A significant continuation of its great aim in promoting research and innovation is through the sponsorship and financing of a major academic curriculum, enabled by the University of Turin,
with the goal to provide to the participants a high technical-scientific formation of interdisciplinary nature on the entire milk chain, "from the feed to the barn" and "from the barn to the product."
Lectures , practice and seminars coordinated by the Faculties of Agriculture, Chemistry and Veterinary Medicine, with the involvement of Post-Graduate school of "Inspection on food of animal origin", branch in Moretta (CN), will be completed by a stage in the company to develop themes related to specific aspects that will make possible to
enhance the excellence of the milk sector in Piedmont, from genetics and animal nutrition to the processes of milk production and processing.
The object of the master study, is the quality of raw materials and then overseeing all the production chain, this constitute a solid pillar of Inalpi’s way of thinking, company that is constantly active in the research and the development of new production strategies to provide the market with excellent products based on Piedmont fresh milk , certified guaranteeing the origin and welfare of the animal, as well as the Italian origin and the traceability of the product.
A master highly specialized with
a truly innovative structure: a bridge between academia and reality operating in the sector, between study and work. The sponsoring companies, directly present with their spokesman in the Scientific Committee of the Master, will contribute to the definition of the curriculum, will take part in conferences and will open their doors to students with valuable opportunities of traineeship.
