The tradition, well represented by the long experience, has been able to evolve thanks to the great attention to the quality improvement , market’s requests and technologic innovations that have led to the birth , in Moretta (Cn) of IN.AL.PI.
The development process, built with passion and professionalism, has proved to be successful due to the constant research of a high quality standard of the raw materials.
The use of milk in the factory production, the product tracking and the constant attention to the sanitary regulation are the added value that characterize the IN.AL.PI production.
The excellence hygienic and qualitative is guaranteed through the certifications UNI EN IS 22000 and UNI EN ISO 9001, IFS, BRC . The production chain, located in a large factory building of 34.840 sq.m. of which 18.000 indoor , is supported by an advanced laboratory and by an efficient distribution organization that operates in the nationally and internationally.
As to answer, in the best ways, to the market requests, is available a wide range of products: the main dairy products, cream, butter and yogurt, are sided by the processed cheese like the analogue cheese for pizza, melted cheese in rolls , triangles and in slices ( also Light and with low cholesterol) obtained using only cheese and milk , of which the savour is well appreciated.
The commercialization of fresh grated cheese and several classic cheese in portion are completing the offer.
The most recent innovation is the starting up of the spray plant for the production of powder milk , unique in its kind in Italy, will satisfy an important portion of powder milk request , particularly for the confectionery sector.
