This setting applied to all the business relations allows IN.AL.PI to have available more resources , economics and time, to be invested into the research for the continuous improvement of the product quality, service and security of the food.
A clear formulation of prices , from the raw material to the final product, has given prises and excellent results, witnessed by the selling performances.
An example could be the powder milk price indexing, it is a formula studied in co-operation with the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Piacenza, it is composed by fifteen different elements, that are considering the farmers’ cost ( cattle’s food in primis) and the guide –products’ quotations both in the Italian and European market, each with its own specific weight within the basket. A formula, the first of its gender, that has met the approval of the farmers unions as well as the final customer.
