In a moment of global scale credit crisis and economy slow-down, IN.AL.PI has made its own this philosophy, by increasing its plants, creating new work places, planning important investments as the milk spray tower plan, unique in its kind in Italy.
The plant ready in spring 2010 and supplied by Tetra Pak, the world best company in this sector, the plant is created in an area with a strong agricultural vocation.
It is equipped with the last modern technologies, it has a production capacity of around 20.000 tons/year of final product, 25 milk tanks per day.
A great percentage of the production is already been allocated to Ferrero holding, to whom IN.AL.PI has a long term business relation.
In August 2009 the IN.AL.PI management has accepted an offer by the Swiss Bosh Sapal, world wide leader on the construction of equipments for the processed cheese production, and bought a new line for the production of spread - cheese with a triangles shape, the so called "formaggini". IN.AL.PI strongly presented its self in this new market section, because of the technological innovation of the introduction of milk as a basic ingredient for its processed cheese. The production started at the beginning of 2010
