Suitable for professional and specialized use, it combines optimal characteristics in pastry, confectionery, and frying or cooking at high temperatures. By its nature, it is an ingredient that “does not burn” and enhances the recipes of chefs or simply gourmets. Clarified Butter is naturally lactose-free.
