Like all LATTERIE INALPI’s Slices, the main feature of the light slices is the added value of being produced with 100% fresh Italian milk. Inalpi guarantees the raw material, protecting the entire milk chain from the breeder to the final consumer. These light slices contain a reduced amount of fat (-40% of fat compared to Inalpi classic slices) without losing the characteristics of goodness and versatility of use of the other taste variants.
