The encounter between the flair of Chef Gian Piero Vivalda of the Antica Corona Reale restaurant awarded two Michelin stars, and the many years of dairy experience of Latterie Inalpi gave rise to this exquisite fondue, dedicated to the most expert and refined palates. It is a special and unique recipe because it was created by a chef who is a witness to the gastronomic excellence of Piedmont and made with fine Alpe d’Oro cheese.
