Access to and use of theInalpi e-store are subject to the following terms and conditions.
The sale is governed by these “Terms of Sale” as well as the detailed procedures indicated in the sections of this site called, respectively, “Shipping Methods” and “Payment Methods”, which must be considered an integral part of the sales contract. The Customer is therefore invited, before sending the order, to carefully read the conditions of sale as identified above and the information contained therein and to print them or save them on another durable medium accessible to him.
Any changes or new conditions of sale will be promptly reported to the Customer, will be effective from the moment of publication on the site and will be applied only to sales concluded after publication.
The sending of the order by the Customer is valid as acceptance of the conditions of sale in force at that time.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The order sent by the Customer to Inalpi Spa through the Internet network must be completed in every part and must contain the elements necessary for the identification of the Customer and the products ordered as well as the indication of the place of delivery, under penalty of nullity. Inalpi Spa will e-mail the Customer a confirmation of receipt of the order, containing a reference to the applicable terms and conditions of sale.
FEATURES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Under special circumstances, Inalpi Spa may not be able to ensure the availability of all products offered and therefore cannot be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. Without prejudice to what is agreed below (Right of withdrawal) the sending of the order by the Customer is also valid as acceptance of a partial delivery, limited to the products available within those ordered, as well as waiver of the right to claim compensation and/or compensation in that respect. Inalpi Spa also undertakes, in accordance with the law, to promptly inform the Customer of any unavailability of the product ordered.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, at any time, in accordance with fairness and good faith, upon written notice or by e-mail to info@inalpi.it or telephone +39 0172915111 within 24 hours of receipt of the product. In the communication, the Customer must indicate the order for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. Inalpi Spa will provide, at its own expense and expense, the collection of the product or products in question in the manner and within the terms that will be previously agreed with the Customer, subject to its waiver of the refund of the above.
RETURNS
In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, we do not accept returns for fresh and perishable food products, as they are subject to rapid deterioration and the need to maintain the cold chain. Exceptions are only non-perishable products (e.g., powdered milk), for which any return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the quality department.
REFUNDS
You can request a refund only in the following cases:
– Damaged or damaged product at the time of delivery;
– Non-receipt of goods due to causes attributable to our service.
To initiate a claim, you must:
– Send an e-mail communication within 72 hours of delivery;
– Attach photos and/or videos clearly documenting the problem encountered;
– Wait for our verification and confirmation.
If approved, the refund will be made within 14 business days, using the same payment method used to purchase on our online shop.
METHODS OF SHIPPING
Inalpi Spa shall make delivery of the product or products ordered by the Customer, subject to the conditions expressly stated in the section of this site entitled “Methods of Shipping.”
PRICES
The prices of the products shown in the various sections of this site include VAT. The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of order by the Customer. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices indicated in each case in the site cancel and replace those previously indicated. The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of order. The tax documentation will be issued by Inalpi Spa upon delivery.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
It is possible to pay by credit card backed by the most popular circuits or by means of Paypal, under the conditions expressly indicated in the section of this site entitled “Method of Payment.”
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
Inalpi Spa, within the limits of availability as governed above, warrants that products equal to those shown and described on the site will be delivered. Inalpi Spa guarantees compliance with all the rules regarding the storage of products until delivery at the place indicated in the order. The manufacturer is responsible for all products sold. In the case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the veracity and completeness of the information on the packaging. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate the recognition of the products; due to variations in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the product delivered.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
Civil disputes concerning the application, execution and interpretation of the distance sales contract are subject to Italian jurisdiction and the court of Cuneo will have jurisdiction. Contracts concluded at a distance with Inalpi Spa are governed by Italian law and, insofar as not expressly provided for, the relevant legal rules apply.
