INGREDIENTI
(per 30 tartufi ca.)
400 g Nutella
burro fior di panna Inalpi g 50
vanillina 1 bustina
mandorle tritate g 100
cacao q.b.

PREPARAZIONE
Sciogliere la nutella con il burro e la vanillina in un pentolino; non appena il composto è ben amalgamato unire le mandorle tritate e fare raffreddare, quindi creare delle palline, passarle nel cacao e fare riposare in frigo.
